Process

After you have read through my terms of service you are welcome to email me for a commission slot!When emailing me, please include:

  • Your name: (First Name is fine!)

  • E-Mail:

  • Type / category of commission:

  • Any specific wishes / details you want to be included:

  • Background: Blank, Minimal, Detailed

Please include any reference images you have in your email! If you do not have any artwork, compiling images for what you have in mind is appreciated!Please refer to the "Payment" section of the Extended TOS for information on payment options!After this, I will respond as quickly as possible. Upon your initial request being approved, you will receive an invoice from Paypal.Once payment(s) are in place, you will receive a sketch within one week (or less). You will also receive a link to a Google Sheet showing where you are in the queue! Once the sketch meets your standards this is your time to ask for a different pose, details, etc.Once that happens, based on the piece's complexity, I will provide updates as often as possible. I will be updating the Google Sheet at the end of each day! As I work on your piece you can ask me to alter things such as colors, tone, etc. as things such as poses will not be changed at this point! Give this around one to two weeks based on how complex the piece is!If anything comes up in my personal life that causes your commission to be delayed I will email you and we can discuss a partial refund or an extension!All of this information is written out extensively on the Extended TOS page!My contact email is provided on the contact page!

Commission slots can be held for twenty-four hours (upon initial contact.) After twenty-four hours the next interested commissioner will be contacted!

Artist Rights

When it comes to your piece I retain the right to post your commission on social media(s) to promote myself. These pieces will always be watermarked, unlike the version that you receive. (This does not apply if "Private Rights" are discussed.)I also retain the right to deny any commission even if it is within my boundaries!

All terms of service (and prices) listed are written in the pretense that the artwork will be used for personal use and not commercial.

Introduction

Welcome to my Terms of Service sheet! I'm excited to work with you and bring your vision to fruition! As an artist, I feel nothing but joy in being a part of my client's creative process. Before we begin chatting about this collaboration I advise that you read through these points. The Terms of Service are put in place to protect both of us and to ensure that we are on the same page throughout this process.If you have any comments, questions, or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me!I'm excited to work with you!

Client Satisfaction

I will do everything I can to make sure that you are satisfied with your commission(s)! If there are any issues in the process with the piece please do not hesitate to bring the issue up so that we can discuss it and find a solution together! Communication is key in ensuring your satisfaction, but if there is some issue(s) with communication please inform me so that we can come to a solution there as well!

Guidelines

  • By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all Terms of Service and have read all of them as well.

  • Prices shown are for personal use only, commercial use will have to be discussed via email.

  • I retain all rights to my work. When it comes to your commission I may post it on my social media with a commission watermark! Your commission may also be placed in my portfolio.

  • If there is a specific scene, pose, etc. that you have in mind for your commission, please provide those references in your email(s) along with your standard reference images! If you prefer for me to have artistic freedom, that's fine as well!

  • I am more than happy to draw actual people! Family, celebrities, content creators, musicians, etc. However if I am not comfortable making art in relation to someone I will turn down your commission.

  • I will not tolerate any ill behavior.

  • I do NOT authorize any of my work to be used as NFTs or to be used to feed an AI generator. If your commission is found to be used for either of these, you will be barred from commissioning me in the future.

Client Use

Clients are permitted to claim rights to their own character, but not to the art itself. If you are sharing/reposting the piece please include proper credit.
Printing the artwork for personal use is permitted as well.Reproducing/using copyrighted artwork commercially without my knowledge is considered to be copyright infringement. Copyright infringement also includes claiming my artwork as your own. Altering the finished piece in any manner without my consent is also not permitted.Note: If the second payment is not made then you will NOT receive the final piece and your initial payment will be held.

Payment(s) and Rights Rates

  • Payments are done exclusively through PayPal at this time and I go off of USD.

  • You can pay 50% of your commission fee upfront. If you choose to do this your second payment will need to be paid either during the process or before you receive the final, full-resolution image.

  • You can also pay the full price at once if you wish to, please tell me which payment method you would prefer.

Note: If the second payment is not made then you will NOT receive the final piece and your initial payment will not be refunded. If you need more time to make that second payment, it will need to be discussed, but your commission will still be held.

  • Personal rights are free of charge.

  • Private rights are an extra 25% of the final quote.

  • Commercial rights will be decided case by case.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the piece, amount of characters, as well as communication. If there is a situation that causes delays in my personal life, clients will be informed.Based on commission type tiers:

  • Sketch: 1 to 2 Days

  • Lineart / Flat Colors: 3 to 4 Days

  • Fully Rendered: 5 to 7 Days

Note: these times may vary depending on the complexity/size of the piece as well as communication between us.

Please know that my commissions work on a "first come first serve" queue. I will work in the order that the commission slots are filled. In the case that someone needs a commission done by a specific date, there may be a shift in the queue. You will be informed if this happens!If you are on a payment plan, your commission may be delayed due to failure of payment. I will work on your commission to the point it was paid for (ex. linework with no rendering.)

Process and Workflow

After you fill out the required information and we settle on a payment (plan), we'll finally move forward on the commission! The process will vary based on your commission type!Sketch CommissionsThese are very straight forward. I will send an extremely rough sketch, adjust anything upon request and then refine it. Keep in mind that sketch commissions are done with a monotone palette!

Lineart and Flat Colors

  • Step One: I will supply a sketch with monochromatic values. This is the stage where we can tweak things such as pose, design, etc... I will willingly change these things up to three times until settling on the final sketch.

  • Step Two: Personally, this is one of the longest parts of my process, lineart. I will update you once the lineart is complete and move onto adding the flat colors.

  • Step Three: With flat colors there will be airbrushed highlights and shading, nothing more.

  • Step Four: Once you are satisfied with the piece, you will receive a digital file via WeTransfer by email. This is to ensure that the quality of your piece is not compressed! Once this happens, no more changes will be made to your commission.

Fully Rendered (Icons Included)

  • Step One: I will supply a sketch with monochromatic values. This is the stage where we can tweak things such as pose, design, etc... I will willingly change these things up to three times until settling on the final sketch.

  • Step Two: Personally, this is one of the longest parts of my process, lineart. I will update you once the lineart is complete and move on to adding the flat colors.

  • Step Three: With flat colors there will be airbrushed highlights and shading, nothing more. As long as you're content with the colors, I will move on to the rendering process.

  • Step Four: Depending on the complexity of the piece, I will update you on the rending process upon request (while updating the Google Sheet.) This process may take longer than the lineart process!

  • Step Five: Once the rendering is complete, I'll add some finishing details or filters if applicable. You will receive a version with and without these added filters or effects!

  • Step Six: Once you are satisfied with the piece, you will receive a digital file via WeTransfer by email. This is to ensure that the quality of your piece is not compressed! Once this happens, no more changes will be made to your commission.

Refunding / Cancelling

I will only issue a partial refund if there is a reason that I am unable to complete your commission. I will not issue a refund if your commission is delayed slightly. In the event that I issue a refund, you will receive a partial refund (25-50%), a full resolution of what I completed regarding your commission (if applicable), and a minor discount if you commission me in the future. These rates will have to be discussed via email.Note: You will not receive a refund if I end your commission due to rude/inappropriate behavior or any other breaches in my TOS.If you are on a payment plan and fail to make the second payment, you will not be refunded your first payment.

I am a twenty-three year old, self-taught illustrator that has a bias toward horror, fantasy, and character design. With the current rockiness that is social media, I wanted to make a general hub for my commissions, adopts, and any future projects that my art leads me towards!Speaking of social media, I have various platforms that I try to maintain to the best of my ability! I am currently the most active on Twitter!All transactions are done through Paypal, but I do have ko-fi set up as a tip jar at all times ♡
